PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit for generating a signal with a constant amplitude independently of temperature variations or the like. SOLUTION: A reference voltage Vref is given to a noninverting input terminal of an operational amplifier 11. A resistance of a resistance circuit 12 is controlled by an output of the operational amplifier 11. A current In flowing through the resistance circuit 12 is received by current mirror circuits 13, 14 and a current Io is produced. A voltage Vo obtained by decreasing a voltage generated by the current Io from a power supply voltage VDD is given to an inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier 11.
