PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering element for a solid electrolytic capacitor which is capable of improving voltage resistance of the solid electrolytic capacitor without enlarging an element size and without reducing electrostatic capacitance of the element, an anode element for the solid electrolytic capacitor, the solid electrolytic capacitor which improves voltage resistance using these elements, and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A sintering element for a solid electrolytic capacitor is configured to improve heat resistance of an anode against an overvoltage applied to the capacitor, by converting the anode comprised of a valve metal comprising the capacitor into a conductive oxide through heat treatment after molding and sintering the element or after oxidizing the anode.
