PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit a code designating operation when the sales of PLU codes and department codes, etc., being the same as the last one are checked. SOLUTION: When a code for printing-out merchandise sales data by individual printing is designated, the merchandise sales data of the designated code is acquired from a sales tabulating part and printed on a recording paper. When the first code is designated, the codes stored in a code storing part are cleared, and then, the codes which are successively designated from the first code are written in the code storing part. When the individual printing is commanded to be executed without designating the code, the merchandise sales data of the code stored in the code storing part is acquired from the sales tabulating part and printed on the recording paper.
