SWITCH METHODOLOGY FOR MASK-PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce power consumption and size of a mask-programmed device. SOLUTION: A mask-programmable device implements a pre-existing circuit design and includes programmable smart switches.
