PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting an on-vehicle electronic circuit unit in which mounting work is simplified, workability is improved and detaching or exchanging can be easily performed. SOLUTION: In a structure for mounting an on-vehicle electronic circuit unit of the present invention, there are provided a base plate 3 fixed on a glass pane 1 of an automobile and a frame body 5 mounted onto the base plate 3 and surrounded with side plates 6, 7. The base plate 3 comprises a lock part 3c for locking a spring member 4, the frame body 5 includes a tongue piece 9 to be elastically pressed with the spring member 4. Thus, the frame body 5 can be mounted and detached by inserting and ejecting the tongue piece 9 to and from a lower part of the spring member 4, such work is simple and easy and further, the lower part of the frame body 5 can be elastically pressed onto the side of the glass pane 1 as a whole, so that the frame body can be surely and stably mounted.
