PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circularly-polarized wave loop antenna device with high performance which remarkably improves an axial ratio property. SOLUTION: Radiation elements 13 of the loop antenna device 11 is composed of a 1st and a 2nd loop antennas 15, 16 which are pertterned on a surface of a dielectric substrate 12, and mutually continue. The 1st loop antenna 15 comprises a conductor of an oblong rectangle frame shape which forms a power feeding part 14 in a corner, the 2nd loop antenna 16 comprises a conductor of a longwise rectangle frame shape, but a part of the long side 16a of the power feeding part 14 side of the 2nd loop antenna 16 is commonly used with a short side 15a estranged from the power feeding part 14 of the 1st loop antenna 15. Thereby a direction of a main electric field E1 which is generated by exiting of the 1st loop antenna 15, and a direction of a main electric field E2 which is generated by exiting of the 2nd loop antenna 16 are nearly quadrature.
