PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To need a telephone contact to identify the working state of a work person in charge of a work. SOLUTION: The contact information management system 1 includes a PBX 19 which makes a radio attach of a PHS 11 owed by the person in charge of the work, a contact monitoring part 13 for monitoring contact information of an arbitrary position, and an MGW 15. The MGW includes a management database 35 which performs storage management of the message destination information on the PHS of an installation number, the content of the contact information, and a work person in charge, an information retrieval part 37 which retrieves message destination information corresponding to the contact information monitor result if the contacts information monitor result by the contact monitoring part is detected, a working message notification part 51A which informs the message to this PHS based on this message address information, a response information receiver 62 which receives corresponding property from the PHS to the work message, and a controller 38 for display outputting the corresponding state to the work based on the received result of this correspondence information receiver 62.
