PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-developable photosensitive material having high sensitivity and superior image preservability. SOLUTION: The heat-developable photosensitive material has, on at least one surface of a support, an image forming layer containing at least a photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent and a binder and a protective layer, wherein the binder is a copolymer comprising at least a styrene monomer, a monomer represented by the Formula (M): CH<SB>2</SB>=CR<SP>01</SP>-CR<SP>02</SP>=CH<SB>2</SB>and a vinyl monomer component having an acid group and a gelling ratio of the copolymer is 10-90 mass.
