PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-fastening device 1 which is superior in workability in fixing, by accurately and horizontally pulling and fixing a vehicle VH. SOLUTION: The vehicle-fastening device immovably fixes the vehicle VH by being connected via a coupling material 9 on the vehicle VH, and comprises an erection support 2 fixed on a floor F, a coupling material attaching part 3 for attaching one end of the coupling material 9, a holding mechanism 4 interposed between the erection support 2 and the coupling material attaching part 3 and for making the coupling attaching part 3 hold continuously movable vertically on the erection support 2, and an operation part 5 for making the coupling material attaching part 3 movable vertically by operating the holding mechanism 4. The holding mechanism 4 operates, when pressure-receiving operation force from the operation part 5; and in a state in which the operating force is not given, the coupling material attaching part 3 is held.
