PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress heat invasion from the outside at a high efficiency. SOLUTION: This system returns refrigerant gas vaporized in an inner tank 11 to a refrigerator 30 through a neck void 15 disposed between the upper part of the inner tank 11 and the inner wall of a neck 14 for interconnecting the upper part of the inner tank 11 and the upper part of an outer tank 13, returns it to the refrigerator 30 through a gas flow channel 22 of the transfer tube 20, and controls gas flow amounts m1 and m2 so that the total Q=Q1+Q2 of the heat invasion amount Q1 from the neck 14 and the heat invasion amount Q2 from the transfer tube 20 becomes minimum. Thus, the heat invasion from the neck 14 is suppressed by the flow of the refrigerant gas G1, the heat invasion from the transfer tube 20 is suppressed by the flow of the refrigerant gas G2, and the gas flow amounts m1 and m2 are controlled, which thereby suppresses the heat invasion from the outside at the high efficiency.
