PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily absorb assembling error in a steam circulating passage and to reduce pressure loss. SOLUTION: Linear parts 101, 102 of a steam supply passage 23 are composed of straight pipes, a spiral pleat 104 is formed on a bent part 103 to constitute the bellows shape, and the flexibility can be achieved. Thus the assembling error of the steam supply passage 23 can be easily absorbed, and simultaneously the pressure loss can be reduced. Further as the superheated steam is delivered toward the linear part 102 while turning along the pleat 104 in the bent part 103, the pressure loss at the bent part 103, of the superheated steam can be reduced, and the heat loss can be reduced by increasing the superheated steam passing through a heating chamber 20 side.
