PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading device capable of preventing line image by preventing or reducing remaining of foreign matter at a reading position in an image reading part of sheet through system by a configuration capable of being comparatively easily loaded in a current and standard configuration of a reading part being effective for a minute object by taking dimensional effect into account. SOLUTION: In this image reading device having an automatic document feeding device of sheet through system for fixing the reading part E and reading image while conveying document, a charged member 52 is arranged on the upstream side of the reading part E.
