PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomizing method using an atomizer with a lighting means that is capable of preparing water effective to body or environment by modifying water itself while the atomizing method by the atomizer of a conventional humidifier has only a humidifying effect because it is used to atomize water in a particulate state by carrying out the ultrasonic transduction of mere water from the upper part of the casing of the atomizer itself. SOLUTION: The atomizer with the lighting means is provided with a window part 1a mounted to the casing 1 of the atomizer, the lighting means 2, an ultrasonic transduction means 3, a liquid influx means 4, a liquid tank 5, a diaphragm 6 to partition the front of the liquid tank, an air intake aperture 6a, a fan 7, a particulate discharge part 8, a particulate passage 9 and a particulate selection cup 10 covering the ultrasonic transduction means. The atomizing method using the atomizer with lighting comprises passing a natural water through a reverse osmosis membrane filter to prepare purified water and atomizing a super-low molecule purified water into an atmosphere by operating the atomizer with lighting using the super-low molecule purified water prepared by irradiating the pure water with photon energy.
