PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphincter system capable of transplanting and modulating. SOLUTION: The system comprises a fixed belt surrounding one part of a fixed anatomical path, a fixed hand pump, a fixed storage connected to the hand pump through a fluid, and a fixed valve assembly connected to the belt and the hand pump through a fluid. The valve assembly has the first and the second morphologies, and it can be operated by hand to change between these morphologies. This first morphology enable the fluid to flow from the belt to the storage. The second morphology enable the fluid to flow from the storage to the belt. The hand pump is connected to the valve assembly and the storage through the fluid, and it can be operated by hand to transport the fluid between the storage and the belt when the valve assembly is the second morphology.
