<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DNA array on which a gene affected by endocrine disruption action is carried and to provide a method for analyzing the endocrine disruption action of a test article by using the DNA array, a method for detecting a substance having possibility causing endocrine disruption by using the array and a method for analyzing endocrine disruption action of a test article by a quantitative nucleic acid amplification method using the gene affected by endocrine disruption as a target nucleic acid. <P>SOLUTION: A DNA array on which a nucleic acid having a basic sequence of a gene affected by endocrine disruption action or its fragment is carried, a method for analyzing the endocrine disruption of the test article by using the array, a method for detecting a substance having possibility causing endocrine disruption by using the array and a method for analyzing endocrine disruption action of the test article by the quantitative nucleic acid amplification method using a nucleic acid having a base sequence of a gene affected by endocrine disruption action or its fragment as a target nucleic acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
