PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a conductive member for a contactless type data carrier such as a wireless tag at low cost.

SOLUTION: The conductive member for the contactless type data carrier is constituted by laminating an adhesive layer 6 formed in a specified pattern on a base material 60, laminating a conductive layer 7 formed of metal foil in nearly the same pattern as said pattern on the adhesive layer 6, and covering the surface of the conductive layer 7 with a protection layer 31.
