<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring apparatus for early detecting, in a center device, a transmission abnormality between a monitoring device and the center device due to a radio failure. <P>SOLUTION: The remote monitoring apparatus comprises the monitoring device 1 for detecting existence of the abnormality in facilities and an elevator and reporting detection information; and radio equipment 4 for reporting the detection information to the remote center device 6 via a radio communication network. The monitoring device 1 confirms the radio reception level of the radio equipment 4 at prescribed time interval and reports it to the center device 6 via the radio equipment 4 when the radio reception level is lower than a prescribed reference level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
