PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the protection level of stored information secret from a third person in a portable communication terminal. SOLUTION: At least secret pictures a to f be shown only in a secrete state, usual pictures i-n to be shown only in the usual state and common pictures g-h to be shown in both the secret and usual states are previously prepared for display screens shown on an LCD display 20. The screen for showing similar kinds of information forms a double layer structure composed of two screens for the secret and usual states. Thus, the screen transition structure of the double layer structure taking two waiting pictures as initial pictures so that data secret from a third person and data open thereto are separately managed.
