PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiver provided with a plurality of antennas to be able to perform satisfactory broadcast receiving. SOLUTION: A CPU 11 executes channel search when this receiver 30 is initialized or the like. The channel search is first performed while an antenna 1A is selected. The channel search can determine how satisfactory each channel receiving is in the case of using the antenna 1A. Similarly, channel search is performed while an antenna B1 is selected to thereby be able to determine how satisfactory each channel receiving is in the case of using the antenna 1B. How satisfactory each channel receiving is displayed about the antenna 1A and the antenna B1 concerning each channel, a user is allowed to select an antenna and this selection information is registered in a memory.
