PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of costs caused by introducing a device dedicated to authentication or a user management server and to attain measures to cope with weakness caused by destruction of an authentication device or disassembly of an apparatus in an information processing apparatus with a security function. SOLUTION: A first authentication means 1 detects presence of each device by acquiring an identification key ID original for a nearby identification key device, compares/collates the acquired identification key ID with each identification key ID stored in an identification key information storage means 3 beforehand, and generates identification key map information. A second authentication means 2 exchanges an authentication request of shared key information and a result of the authentication with an apparatus X to confirm the presence of the apparatus X, generates and complements the identification key map information. A security level calculation means 5 uses the identification key map information and attribute information of identification key devices to calculates a security level to adapt and security means corresponding to security levels are performed by a security function control means 6, respectively.
