PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a second information apparatus taken away to a home network other than a home network, which is allowed to use contents and connected to a first information apparatus and the second information apparatus, from making access for continuous acquisition of contents, which is legally downloaded by the first information apparatus, from the first information apparatus. SOLUTION: As to a gateway connecting the home network and the Internet together, a gateway capable of performing contents communication is associated. The number of communication limit from the home network not available to the contents and the number of continuous communication limit are provided. Based on the associated gateway, the number of communication limit, and the number of continuous communication limit, continuous contents communication from the external network is prevented.
