PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management information providing method, etc. by which management information necessary for an apparatus to be managed is displayed to a manager whose management section is specified. SOLUTION: In the management information providing method for providing management information concerned with management items and set items acquired from the apparatus to be managed in accordance with each management section, a roll table in which management items are allowed to correspond to set items is created in each management section, and upon receiving a management information acquiring request from an information terminal belonging to any one of management sections, the corresponding management items and set items are extracted from the roll table, the management information corresponding to them are extracted and list information is optionally displayed on the screen of the information terminal.
