PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travelling controller for preventing a vehicle from deviating from a traveling path (especially, a lane) even when lane keeping is stopped. SOLUTION: A traveling controller comprises a traveling path keeping means for imposing a torque on a steering mechanism to perform traveling in the prescribed position of the traveling path; a traveling path deviation warning means for warning a traveling path deviation, based on the position of an own vehicle relative to the traveling path; and a selecting means for selecting whether the control of the traveling road keeping means and the traveling road deviation warning means is performed or not. When the selecting means selects the execution of the control, the control of the traveling road keeping means is performed when the operation condition of the traveling path keeping means is established and a cruise control means is operated. When the selecting means selects the execution of the control, the control of the traveling path deviation warning means is performed in a situation where the operation condition of the traveling path keeping means is not established or the cruise control means is not operated.
