PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross-shaped shaft joint having a structure for preventing reversal of lips without impairing sealability. SOLUTION: A lip part is constituted (a radial lip is not arranged) by the two cylindrical axial lips 421 and 422 extending in parallel by the length mutually different in the shaft direction of a seal 4, and a neck inclined face part 221 of a conical surface forming 45 degrees to a shaft is arranged in a neck part 22 of the cross-shaped shaft; and is constituted to push the two axial lips 421 and 422 against here from the shaft direction. A lip inner diameter D2 of the innermost periphery is formed larger than an outer diameter D1 of a track part 21, to eliminate interference between the seal 4 and the track part 21, and the reversal of the lips is prevented when installing a bearing cup 3 in the track part 21.
