PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank device of construction machinery preventing the resonance of a tank body to vibration or the like generated from an engine, a hydraulic pump or the like. SOLUTION: The tank device of the construction machinery is constituted by providing a resonance prevention means 28 preventing the resonance of the tank body 22a to the vibration of the engine or the like to an inspection hole 25 provided to the upper part of the tank body 22a installed on a body frame 10 in the vicinity of an engine room 19 by changing capacity of the tank body 22a, and since the tank body 22a does not resonate by vibration or the like generated from the engine, the hydraulic pump or the like, an unpleasant feeling is not given to an operator by noise, or the operator does not get tired at an early stage by noise so that working efficiency can be improved, and even if working field is located in a city area, a living environment is not so worsened by noise.
