PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drier for regenerating asphalt pavement wastes which can minimize the adhesion of the asphalt pavement wastes to a raking blade by designing the raking blade so as to resist the adhesion of the wastes when they are raked and so as to facilitate the separation of the wastes from the blade even if they adhere to the blade. SOLUTION: The raking blade 2 has a plurality of comb teeth 9 protruded therefrom in parallel with one another at predetermined intervals. When the wastes are raked by the comb-teeth-like raking blade 2, part of the wastes slide on the surface of each comb tooth 9 to slip from a gap between the comb teeth 9 and to fall downward. Thus the wastes are not held on the raking blade 2 over a long time, and therefore the drier can minimize the adhesion of the wastes to the raking blade 2 while securing a good raking function of the blade.
