PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide anti-fogging glass having excellent heat resistance, durability to water and adhesion. SOLUTION: The anti-fogging glass is obtained by coating the whole or a portion of the surface of glass, subjected to surface treatment using an organic substance containing both of a cationic functional group and an alkoxysilyl group, with a hydrophilic material obtained by mixing 50-100 parts by weight of a hydrophilic polymer wherein an anionic functional group is chemically bonded in an amount of 3-30 mmol/100g in total and an alkoxysilyl group is chemically bonded in an amount of 16-60 mmol/100g in total and 0-50 parts by weight of an inorganic filler so that the total amount of the hydrophilic polymer and the filler becomes 100 parts by weight.
