PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging apparatus having a function of protecting a ventilation fan from an impact caused by a corner fall, and having the constraint property of the ventilation fan even when the ventilation fan is placed horizontally. SOLUTION: The packaging apparatus has a plurality of mounting legs 4 fixed to a mounting corner frame 3 which is expanded outside the outside diameter of an impeller 2 in the radial direction to form a back side structure on an outer shell of a motor 1, and packages a ventilation fan having an orifice 5 to surround the impeller 2 at the center of the mounting corner frame 3 with the motor 1 upside and the mounting corner frame 3 downside. C-1 type corrugated fiberboard boxes 7 in accordance with JIS Z 1507 are provided above and below the packaging apparatus. A U-shaped corrugated fiberboard-made side holder 8 to hold both sides of the mounting corner frame 3 is arranged between the upper and lower corrugated fiberboard-made boxes 7. A corrugated fiberboard-made shock-absorbing member 11 which is abutted on the outer circumference of the orifice 5 on the substantially diagonal in a plan view to support the orifice 5 is provided on the side holder 8.
