PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arm rest through fixing structure capable of enhancing the convenience in use by increasing the opening area to serve practical application and assuring easiness in the mounting operation. SOLUTION: An arm rest through member 25 made of resin is mounted to the peripheral edge 21 of a trunk-through opening 20 and has chiefly a cabin side arm rest through 26 to be mounted from the intra-cabin side face 19a of a seat back panel member 19 and a trunk room side arm rest through 27 to be mounted from the trunk room side side-face 19b of the seat back panel member 19, wherein the arm rest through's 26 and 27 are divided approximately in the center about the vehicle fore-and-aft direction so that each has a depth dimension D1/D2 as one half approximately of the overall depth dimension D, and thereby the seat back panel member 19 is pinched from the front and rear of the vehicle.
