<p>The mouse casing (1) contains a conventional circuit board carrying cursor control electronics (2), with press buttons (3, 4) on it. It has the usual scroll wheel (5) and is held together by screws or clips. In novel design, it also has provision for access at the rear end, where the cover (6) is detachable. A counterweight (7) is fastened to this cover. The counterweight may be pivoted in the center, to the left or to the right hand side. It may be fixed to the surface of the cover or embedded inside it.</p> |
