A mobile body, wherein one ends of a pair of connection arms are rotatably pivoted on the front upper end left side of the body (1) of the mobile body and the other ends are rotatably pivoted on the inside lower end left side of a bumper body (4) to form a parallel link mechanism. Also, one ends of another pair of connection arms are rotatably pivoted on the front upper end right side of the body of the mobile body and the other ends are rotatably pivoted on the inside lower end right side of the bumper body (4) to form a parallel link mechanism. By these constitutions, since the bumper body (4) is connected to the front of the body (1) of the mobile body through two pairs of connection arms, even if the upper end part or the lower end part of the bumper body is pushed, the two pairs of connection arms are rotated so as to always hold a parallelogram. Thus, the bumper body can be displaced in parallel without rotating in the vertical direction.
