An apparatus includes an electrical load sensor 22 for measuring the electrical load of one or more electrical appliances within the building and providing an output signal indicative of the electrical load of the one of more electrical appliances, and an electronic control unit that uses the output signal from the electrical load sensor to control an operation of the central heating system. |
