The invention relates to a service and application integration system. The inventive system comprises a central unit (1) which is remotely connected to a client device (9) on which a user interacts. The invention is characterised in that it comprises a client unit (6) which is remotely connected to the central unit (1) and which is connected to the client device (10). Moreover, said client unit (6) comprises data storage means which store applications that are executed on the client device (9; 13) by means of interaction with a man/machine interface which is associated with a client application that is executed on the client device (9). In this way, the inventive system is not dependent on any external factors, such as an Internet connection, for the correct operation thereof. Furthermore, the client control and processing unit is disposed locally with the client devices forming part of the computer network and, as a result, the connection between said client and said client devices is much faster and more secure. |
