<p>The combustion chamber for a gas turbine has a cooled chamber element (7) and at least one damper to reduce thermo-acoustic vibrations. The damper has an opening (10) into the chamber and integrated into the chamber. The opening has a closure air inlet (18) to prevent egress of heated gases from the combustion chamber.</p>
