A laminated tape of an anisotropic conductive film, wherein a distance WS between the lateral end of the anisotropic conductive film (12) and the lateral end of a base film (11) and a cover film (13) is 50 mum or longer. When a soft resin with a viscosity of 108 mPa sec or less at 30°C is used for the anisotropic conductive film (12), the anisotropic conductive film (12) is pushed back from the cut end face thereof when the film is cut off a web, and the distance WS becomes 50 mum or longer.
