The invention relates to the use of a combination of cannabinoids for the treatment of pain, inflammation and/or disease modification in arthritis. The cannabinoids are selected from cannabidiol (CBD) or cannabidivarin (CBDV) and delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) or tetrahydrocannabinovarin (THCV) and are in a predefined ratio by weight of less than or equal to 19:1 of CED or CBDV to THC or THCV. |
