FIELD: food industry, liqueur and vodka manufacture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of low-alcoholic beverages. Beverage comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: liquid nutritive aromatic principle "Kofe" 3Q01594, "Quest International" firm (The Netherlands), 0.5-8.0 kg; liquid nutritive aromatic principle "Mindal/Amaretto" QL 12997 "Quest International" (firm (The Netherlands), 0.4-2.0 kg; natural dye "Karamel 15754", "BEGHIN - SAY" firm (Great Britain), 5.0-15.0 kg; "Dubnyak 11078" extract, "Quest International" firm, 3.0-10.0 kg; 65.8% sugar syrup, 850.0-1100.0 dm3; citric acid, 15.0-30.0 kg; carbon dioxide, 25.0-45.0; sodium benzoate, 0.5-1.0 kg, and rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest treatment and prepared water as measured to provide strength of ready beverage 7%. Proposed invention allows preparing low-alcoholic beverage with improved organoleptic indices due to combination of features that provides acid-sweet with light coffee taste to the beverage and maximally related to coffee-expresso taste.
