The device has a railing (A) and five inclinable collectors (B) painted in mate black for absorbing solar energy. A streamer is situated at the interior of the collectors and poles (C), and water of a swimming pool or a storage system e.g. hot water tank or heat exchanger, circulates in the streamer. The streamer transfers the heat from the solar energy to the water for transferring the heat to the system or directly to the pool.
