PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to carry out setting and setting change of an information apparatus, in such a way that the values desired by the user can be easily obtained. SOLUTION: A simple setting information apparatus includes an identification information read section 12 for reading external identification information; and a control section 15 having a storage searching function 16 of collating the read external identification information with identification information prestored in an identification information table and a value-setting function 17 of setting, when the result of the collation indicates there is agreeing identification information, the value of an information apparatus to a setting value in an apparatus setting table corresponding to the agreeing identification information.
