PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool the pure water of low electric conductivity without affecting its taste and quality to supply the cooled drinking water/carbon dioxide-containing cooled drinking water. SOLUTION: In this supplying device of cooled drinking water/carbon dioxide-containing cooled drinking water comprising a cooling storage tank for cooling and storing the pure water of low electric conductivity, a titanium cooling coil mounted in the cooling storage tank for cooling the pure water, a compressor and a heat exchange system for cooling the titanium cooling coil, a circulating system for efficiently cooling the pure water, a carbon dioxide mixing chamber for mixing the pure water and carbon dioxide, and a drinking water lead-out part for supplying the necessary amount of cooled drinking water/carbon dioxide-containing cooled drinking water on the basis of an instruction by a user, titanium is used for the pure water as the cooling coil in the cooling storage tank.
