PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high heat exchange efficiency in a heat exchanger using hollow thin tubes. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger for performing heat exchange between a refrigerant and an air comprises heat exchange sheets. The heat exchange sheets are formed by crossing and integrating a plurality of hollow thin tubes 50 allowing the refrigerant to flow therein with a plurality of thin line members 60.
