PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a strut, firmly fitting the strut in a base by forming a fitting part of the base into a double structure, and inserting the end of the strut in a space formed by the double structure of the fitting part. SOLUTION: In this connecting structure of the strut 2, a predetermined base 1 is provided with the fitting parts A, B, and the end parts of the strut 2 are fitted in the fitting parts A, B of the base 1. The fitting parts A, B of the base 1 are provided with outer members 3, 11 and inner members 4, 12 to form a double structure of producing a predetermined space S between the outer members 3, 11 and the inner members 4, 12. The end parts of the strut 2 are inserted in the space S produced by the double structure of the fitting parts A, B. Further, the fitting parts A, B of the base 1 are formed by outer frame parts 3, 11 abutting on the outer peripheral surfaces of the end parts of the strut 2 and pressers 4, 12 abutted on the inner peripheral surfaces of the end parts of the strut 2.
