PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce lowering of rigidity of a shaft 12 by forming an atmospheric air opening means AG of a separation air layer SS for keeping separation between lubricating fluids DF of a conical dynamic pressure bearing device by easy machining. SOLUTION: The atmospheric air opening means for communicating the separation air layer SS for axially separating and holding lubricating fluids DF independently filling two inclined bearing spaces CB, CB and a conical dynamic pressure bearing part CB with the atmospheric side is formed by an atmospheric air opening groove AG provided on at least one side of joint surfaces 12a, 15a of a shaft 12 and a shaft side conical bush 15. Thus, the atmospheric air opening means formed of the atmospheric air opening groove AG is efficiently formed only by performing comparatively easy grooving and the rigidity of the shaft 12 is improved.
