摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary driving mechanism, rotating an air spindle with high accuracy without transmitting eccentricity previously held by a slip ring and sliding resistance of a contact to the air spindle. SOLUTION: This rotary driving mechanism 12 includes: the air spindle 20 having a shaft 27; a shaft 29; a slip ring 21 having a plurality of electric contacts 30a and movable contacts 29a having a one-to-one correspondence to the respective contacts 30a; and a motor 22. One end of the motor 22 is provided with a transmitting mechanism formed by connecting pulleys 28, 31 and belts 35, 36 for transmitting the rotary driving force to at least one of the shafts 27, 29. The air spindle 20 and the slip ring 21 are disposed so that the shafts 27 and 29 are opposite to each other.
