PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress heat generation of a solenoid valve and a switching element and generation of noise and to accurately accomplish an action period of the solenoid valve. SOLUTION: The solenoid valve 22 for fuel injection of an internal combustion engine is controlled by a duty control switching element 29. A period instruction signal representing the opened action period of the solenoid valve 22 is given from a processing circuit 37 to a driving circuit 39. After the driving circuit 39 gives a first value to the solenoid valve 22, it generates a period control signal having a driving period being quick only by an action starting time until it becomes in the opened state and being quick only by an action completion time until it becomes in the closed state by making a current given to load zero. The driving period is set by dividing it to a period, a retaining period and a period and a load current having a large first value is fed to the period and the period.
