PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer roof tile and a ridge roof tile with a spacer for forming a house having high habitability, and superior in durability, by securing ventilation performance, while adjusting a spacer part in response to this part, when adjusting an overlap of roof tiles in response to a dimension of a roof. SOLUTION: This spacer roof tile is interposed between a local roof tile and a ridge roof tile laid by vertically superposing mutual one end parts of adjacent roof tiles. The spacer roof tile forms a fitting part slidable in a state of superposing a recessed part fitted to an undulating part of the local roof tile and mutual end parts of the adjacent spacer roof tiles, and is constituted so that a center distance of the adjacent rafter clearance roof tiles can be changed by sliding in the superposed part, and forms a ventilation passage in the vertically overlapping part.
