PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily hold tools at a low cost without changing whole tools even if some of the tools or the like are changed in a tool holder for holding a plurality of tools required for work. SOLUTION: A base plate 13 has a plurality of engaging grooves 15 of dovetail groove shaped cross section downward in parallel from the upper end. A holder part 19 has projections 21 inserted from the upper end face of the base plate 13, on the back face side. The holder part 19 is supported to the base plate 13 to hold the tools by inserting the projections 21 detachably into the engaging grooves 15 of the base plate 13. A plurality of holder parts 19 conformed to the shape of the tools are formed for every tool, and the holder part 19 corresponding to the tool is changed timely and held inserted in the base plate 13.
