Stable sound damping steel sheet cabinet enclosed on all sides with apparatus for stacked refrigerant compressors in a space saving manner. The refrigerant cooler preferably has a filter dryer and inspection glass with a moisture indicator housed in a lockable housing. The compressors and all safety devices e.g. thermostats, pressure switches etc. are completely wired in and a lockable door gives access at the front of the cabinet.
