In the pump-up device (30), when the compressed air is supplied into an air chamber (54), the displacement of the air chamber is increased as the internal pressure of the air chamber (54) is increased to decrease the displacement of a solution container (52). Accordingly, the sealant (100) of an amount corresponding to the decreased amount of the displacement of the solution container (52) is forcibly pushed out from an outlet (64) to fill the sealant (100) into the tire (90). Also, in the pump-up device (30), when the displacement of the air chamber (54) is increased until the specified amount of sealant (100) is discharged from the inside of the solution container (52), an air outlet (92) is opened to face the inside of the air chamber (54) so as to communicate the air chamber (54) with the inside of the tire (90). As a result, the compressed air in the air chamber (54) can be supplied into the tire (90) through the air outlet (92), a bypass hose (96), and a joint hose (68).
