PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content provider determination device capable of efficiently incorporating a content to a content frame in real time while reflecting viewing information of the content, and to provide a determination method and determination program therefor, and a computer-readable storage medium recording the determination program.

SOLUTION: This content provider determination device 1 comprises a registration server 10, a viewing information receiving server 11, a matching part specifying a content satisfying an incorporation condition from content information based on viewing information as a viewing information database 31 and incorporation condition information stored as a content database 30, and an auction server 14 reporting and executing an auction through a communication network 40.
